do you accept custom orders?
I gladly accept custom and personalized orders, and the product varies on a seasonal basis. I accept custom polymer clay jewelry orders all year, but due to the requirements for working with resin, I only accept custom resin jewelry and décor items during the summer months. Please send me a message via the contact page to learn more about my custom order policies and rates.
do you offer refunds for broken or damaged items?
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please be assured that you will either have a choice of a refund or a remake of a similar item. If the item is damaged by the customer post-purchase, I cannot offer refunds or remakes. I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for non-damaged items.
the piece I want says it’s made to order. what does that mean?
i’m glad you asked! I’m now offering made to order options on select earring designs. if you see a product listed as made to order, it simply means that I will recreate each design for you as often as it is ordered. these designs will typically take about 1-2 weeks to ship (a bit longer than my one of a kind designs!) but if you need them sooner, be sure to put a note in your order and I will do my best to ship it your way earlier. please note: these designs are handmade, and therefore, slight imperfections and variations from the original photo are possible! one of the many joys of buying a handmade product is that it will never be exactly the same as the last piece.
how should I care for my earrings and necklaces?
earrings and necklaces are both suitable for daily wear. please refrain from submerging your earrings or necklaces in water or expose them to direct sunlight for long periods of time. necklace chains and earring posts may tarnish over time.
do you offer your pieces at a wholesale price?
I am happy to offer my necklaces, earrings, and décor at a wholesale price. Please reach out via the contact form for more details.
how long will it take for my order to ship?
I ship all orders within 3-7 business days, and you will receive an email with tracking information.
if my package is lost in the mail, will I get a refund?
unfortunately, due to the fact that I do not have control over the package once it arrives at the postal service, I cannot offer refunds for any lost packages beyond my control. however, if your item does not arrive, I will do my absolute best to make things right.
how should I care for my décor pieces with lights?
Lights contain a battery pack and can be replaced with CR2032 batteries. Artwork is incorporated with hardware to hang on a wall surface, and fastening material to hold and the hide battery pack while hung on wall. Batteries are included in the order, but the longevity of the first set of batteries varies per piece. Individual lights may burn out inside of artwork after a period of time. Hardware and lights within the piece are fragile and can be broken without careful handling. Pieces will not be refunded at any time for this reason.
